Can buyers picture themselves lounging in your living area, unwinding in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? I want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of ease. I'll help you achieve this by recommending small improvements that enhance the features of your house.
I'll help you put out of sight anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Table and counter tops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. You need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can envision it as their new home.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need new paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
I'll make sure that your house is appealing and that it's inviting, staying away from "offensive" or "personalized" hues on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can try renting furniture. You want your home to look inviting as opposed to barren.
